7.75" diameter. 5-hole. Incl. gasket and ARP stainless 12-point bolts. Machined from billet 6061 aluminum with a machined relief in backside to accommodate clearance for performance aftermarket clutches. Direct bolt-on replacement for the OEM clutch cover.
