Used to install spiral lock / Spiro lock (circular flat wire) 22582-52 style wristpin retaining rings to 0.515" ID wristpins. Easy install without bending or distorting the retaining ring.
Note: Will not work with 'round wire' or 'E-clip' type retaining rings.
